I. Safety procedures for asphalt plant
1. The asphalt plant should be equipped with fire-fighting equipment and fire-fighting equipment. All fire-fighting equipment is not allowed to move or be used indiscriminately, and regular inspections are required.2. Fireworks inside the asphalt plant are strictly prohibited. Inbound personnel must not carry flammable or explosive materials. When an open fire is used in a station, it must be inspected and approved by the security and security department, and security measures must be taken.
3. The asphalt plant must establish a sound safety management system. The safety management organization should be set up according to the scale of the station, and a full-time staff must be responsible for the safety and fire protection work. The management personnel of the asphalt station should learn and understand the performance of the fire-fighting equipment, be familiar with the safety regulations, and master the knowledge of the fire protection that should be known.
4. All kinds of equipment to do staffing, fixed post, fixed machine management. For equipment with special requirements, the operator must undergo post training and hold an operation certificate before taking up the post.
5. Vehicles entering and leaving the asphalt station shall be checked carefully by the guards on duty, and the asphalt station shall have an outbound voucher when it exits the warehouse.
Second, the rules to be observed during the operation
1. Asphalt mixture mixing equipment operators must be professionally trained to pass the examination and obtain induction cards before going on duty.
2. Before the operation, there must be no stock in the hot material lifting bucket, stirrer, and various buckets.
3. Mixing equipment equipped with wet dedusting system The water pump of the dedusting system should be intact, and the water spray volume should be stable and uninterrupted.
4. When the unloading hopper is in the underground pit, the electrical components in the pit shall be prevented from flooding the electrical components. The start-up and shutdown of the mixing machine must be carried out in accordance with prescribed procedures. When the ignition fails, the gas-fired throttle must be closed in time, and the ignition must be completed before the ignition is performed. When you need to adjust the ignition, you must cut off the high voltage power supply.
5. When liquefied and ignited, there must be a pressure reducing valve and a pressure gauge; after the burner is ignited, the total valve must be closed.
6. When the burner of the continuous mixing equipment is extinguished, spraying of asphalt shall be stopped immediately; when the drying mixing drum is on fire, the burner blower and exhaust fan shall be immediately shut down to stop the supply of asphalt. Then put the fine aggregate with high water content into the mixing drum and use a dry powder or foam fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire at the external discharge port.
7. After the machine is shut down, the residual material on the belt, the feeding material and the dust removal device shall be removed, and the asphalt pipeline shall be cleaned.
8. All safety guards on asphalt mixing equipment should be properly installed and kept intact.
9. Operators must wear work caps, work clothes, work shoes, and other protective equipment when performing operations
